Junior A Training: Ages: 12-19. Advanced/Competitive training group for juniors competitive in the sport that plan to enter provincial level tournaments this season.

For adults 16+ who are strong recreational and or semi competitive players looking to improve racket skills, footwork and tactics.

Little Birds: Ages 5-8. A fun and active lesson for the smallest players. An introduction to the rules of the game, good sportsmanship, coordination, balance, fitness and lots of fun!

Junior Beginner: Ages 8-14. A great session for kids to learn the game. A focus on techniques over competition, emphasis on fun drills and games with active movement.

These sessions are for top junior and competitive adult players who compete in local and provincial tournaments.
Focusing on technical skills, deception, tactical decision-making, and badminton fitness. Most sessions will be followed by match play.
