Student Membership

Annual Memberships end on August 31 of each year.

This renewal membership is valid until the end of August, 2027 and is for a full-time college or university student. Students may be asked for a proof of enrolment letter by KBC. This membership allows full access to the club for one student. Available courts may be booked when they are not reserved for specific events or groups. Please note that membership is granted at the discretion of the board and not by simply making an online purchase here. Membership can be suspended or revoked. We do not offer full refunds, and partial refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances. KBC follows provincial health requirements and recommendations for our region to keep our members as safe as possible. Pay Fees

  • Easily pay online using our website. Fees include GST and PST.

Pick up your access card

  • If you already have a KBC access card from a past membership, then we’ll reprogram it for the current season. There is a $10 fee to replace lost or damaged cards.
  • New members automatically receive a new access card, which can be picked up from the bulletin outside the office upstairs. This is generally available within 7 days of your membership purchase. You will need to come to the club when others are in the building to let you in.
