Focusing on technical skills, deception, tactical decision-making, and badminton fitness. Most sessions will be followed by match play.

Little Birds: Ages 5-8. A fun and active lesson for the smallest players. An introduction to the rules of the game, good sportsmanship, coordination, balance, fitness and lots of fun!

Junior Beginner: Ages 8-14. A great session for kids to learn the game. A focus on techniques over competition, emphasis on fun drills and games with active movement.

For Adults new to badminton, or those not so new who want to learn new techniques and practice skills at a relaxed pace.
