Professional Development Opportunity

 Volleyball BC partnered with Basketball BC, Rugby BC, and Ringette BC to obtain a Rally Together Grant for referee development. As part of this project, we have organised referee/official symposiums that will be taking place in August and September in Kelowna, Victoria, and Vancouver. 

 We are now opening up registration to officials and coaches from other sports! The focus is on referees/officials but the topics are really relevant to anyone working in a sports capacity.  The cost to attend is $30 in Kelowna and Victoria (1 day each) and $50 in Vancouver (2 days) and includes the full day event, catering, and a social networking opportunity in the evening.  We have some great speakers lined up and are releasing more info about speakers each day.  This is a unique opportunity to bring people together for a  subsidized pro-development opportunity. Attached are the flyers for Kelowna and Victoria, as well as a general graphic.
