Restricted Access
Restricted Access membership allows for play during the noted times on the calendar. Please be aware that these times may conflict with set groups so time your play accordingly if you attend the club during a set club play time it is expected that you will mix in with the group unless court usage allows otherwise.
Open Play
Any time that is not a designated time on the calendar. Allows members to play with their own group. Members must play their game then give up the court for the next group to play. Singles may be played if the numbers allow.
Club Play
Many groups have set times that are noted on the calendar and are considered Club play. Members are welcome to join in with the groups. Monday and Thursday from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm are “club night”. Any time during Club Play Doubles must be played if people are waiting. Check after each game, everyone must mix. No set groups are permitted. (If no one is waiting and courts are available, then singles is permitted.)
Tuesday Double Ladder
Doubles Ladder Night starts at 7:15. Players are placed in groups of 4 or 5, play a doubles games with each partner, and move up or down the ladder based on their results. This is a great way to meet players of your play level. A $2 bird fee is charged.
Junior Coaching Times
All courts are reserved during the week for the junior coaching program times. Club members may use vacant courts with the coaches permission.
Singles
Can be played in open times. KBC would encourage members who wish to play singles to take advantage of our quiet times especially Saturday PM, Sunday AM, after 9:00 pm Tuesday etc. Prime times are quite busy. Please note: If singles are played prior to 7:30 pm on club nights they must cease at 7:30 pm or on the completion of the game in progress.
Juniors
Juniors must be accompanied by an adult and may play during Open Play when it is not stipulated as Adult Play.
