Successful Junior B Tournament

Thank you to the many volunteers involved in putting on the Kelowna Junior B Tournament over the weekend.  Our Junior Director, Khushi Brar, put in a lot of work to organize and run the tournament and make it such a success.  Thanks also to Mike Mitson, Andy Galloway, Clayton Miller, Donna Campbell and all of the kitchen volunteers involved.  Thanks to Ray Negraiff for being our tournament referee.  And thanks to all of the of the others that helped in large and small ways before and during the tournament.  The kids really had a wonderful time and got a taste of some friendly competition.

Speaking of competition, congratulations to those KBC juniors that came out on top:

Alaira Edwards won U17 Girls Singles, won U17 Mixed Doubles with Digby Miller and came second in U17 Girls Doubles with Hanna Loeppky.
Harrison Liu won U17 Boys Singles and U19 Boys Doubles with Ryan Yu.
Ryan also came second in U19 Boys Singles.
Chace Liu won U13 Boys Singles and Avery Chong came second.
Candyna Gu came second in U13 Girls Singles.
